It's not surprising what happened to this poor animal judging by what people do to each other.

August 16, 2018, Animal Control Officers arrived at the shelter in Gardnerville and found an animal carrier that contained a surprising find.

This mangled mass of filth contains... a cat.
3.
He was stuck in the carrier and the top of the tight box had to be cut off to get the neglected feline out of it.
4.
The cat’s entire body of fur was matted and prevented the cat from moving freely.
5.
The cat was taken to Animal Medical Services, sedated and shaved. He was also treated for sores from the matted hair pulling on the skin. Investigators say it was an extreme case of animal neglect that had been going on for years. Because the filth covered fur looked like some rasta sh*t the cat was named Bob Marley.

Bob was also overweight, but he's a cool cat and currently healing from injuries and trying to lose some weight; after that he will be available for a good home, where people know how to cut hair.
